Nx Meta User Manual

To display product version, hardware, and driver information, go to Main Menu and select About (F1).

The About Nx Meta dialog will display:

•Version and platform information.

•A list of external libraries used.

•Graphical Processing Unit (GPU) information.

•Site Servers.

•Nx Meta components and driver versions.

•Customer Support contact information.

This data is required by the support team and should be provided in your support ticket in addition to other pertinent details. (Similar information can be acquired with standard Windows tools such as ipconfig, but About Nx Meta is more direct and specific to the product).
